Every year in September the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) for the state of Alabama hosts its statewide conference. This year, AllSouth played a big part in making the conference happen. With over 200 attendees at each conference event, it was one of the highest attended conferences in Alabama’s ASID history! The conference took place at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama on Saturday, September 6.
For any great conference to begin, there has to be a good kick-off party and boy did we have one! This year’s kick-off party was hosted in the Billiard’s Room at the Grand Bohemian Hotel! This was a great opportunity for the conference exhibitors and sponsors to get to know one another.
The actual conference on Friday was held in the ballrooms of the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Famous artist, Alan Shuptrine, was this year’s conference keynote speaker and he blew everyone away!
Following the conference, Friday night was party time! The Bash is the closing party for the conference and this year we partnered with Young Professionals of Birmingham to allow for more networking. With live music from the Emerald Empire Band, great food, a photo booth, and plenty of dancing, it was a night to remember! Plus, AllSouth took home the award for Outstanding Industry Partner!
